Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export the Project Data to a .CSV File

Use these steps to export the project data to a .csv file. You can export all data or selected rows.

To export the project data to a .csv file:

  1. In the Project List View, do one of the following:
    • To export all rows, do either of the following:
      • Click the Export icon () on the grid header.
      • In the top right of the view, click Other Actions > Export All
    • To export specific rows, select the checkbox to the left of each row that you want to export. In the top right of the view, click Other Actions > Export Selected Rows.
  2. On the Download to CSV dialog box, click Download.
    Touchstone downloads the data in a Projects export.csv file to your default download location.
